Sponge Organization

I am working on several organization projects currently in hopes of simplifying my creative process. This is one I am absolutely loving! My creative style lends itself to lots of grungy inking, which means I use sponges quite often. I found this organization idea on the Internet years ago, and decided it's time to implement it. So far so good! I love being able to quickly grab the dedicated color sponge, use it, and easily place it back in its home.

Supplies needed for this project:
Stampin' Sponges
Cardstock for labels (I used the matching color of each, but you could use white & just add a color dot with a marker or ink pad.)
Punch for tags ( I used a retired SU! punch that is one of my all-time favorite, but you could use a square punch, Scallop Square Punch, Curly Label Punch, or Postage Stamp Punch.)
Scissors to cut your sponges
Stapler to attach your tag
Marker(s) to label your tags (I used Basic Black and the White Uni-ball Signo Gel Pen.)
Container with at least 40 slots (Mine came from the Container Store).

I think the how-to is pretty self explanatory from the photo, so I won't waste your time with the details.

You will need to cut your sponges up because they come to you as big circles. I have a Quick Tip video about this on my Facebook page if you'd like to see it.
